Hi, my name is Katy. I am always very sensitive to disagreement, and I find that families should avoid politics and religion. However, religion is inevitable at a funeral. A few years ago, my mum died of cancer. As we knew it was approaching, we worked on her funeral for a long time before her passing. As our family members have many different religions and some are not religious at all, we wanted a ceremony that would feel comfortable to everyone. We wanted something respectful to all beliefs.
